Perfect short break in Bayeux

We absolutely loved Bayeux! The apartment truly felt like a home away from home. The location is perfect, and waking up each morning to the beautiful view of the cathedral was such a treat. Everything we needed was provided, along with thoughtful extras (even laundry capsules!). We couldn’t have asked for more. Absolutely 5 stars!

Very comfortable, well equipped apartment in excellent location

Fab location just opposite the cathedral, great to hear the peregrines and the bells. The apartment is well equipped, including washing machine, iron, and dishwasher. Easy walking distance to everything you need, including excellent restaurants. About 15 min walk to train station. Despite central location, it’s quite peaceful (the bells stop from 8pm!). Bayeux is a lovely place to stay and everyone is very friendly.

Everything was great. Just to note, for tall people, there are a lot of beams!

The location was excellent, with the Cathedrale right outside the window of the apartment. It’s in the center of Bayeux, and you can easily walk to everything.

Charming stay in Bayeux

The location was fabulous, as long as you didn't mind the cathedral bells. You could walk about the town, no car necessary, lots of restaurants and shops in the area and a short walk to the Normandy museum. We also liked that we had the option to cook or keep small amounts of food in the apartment. Jerome was a great host, gave clear instructions on how to get into the unit and very responsive to any questions we had.

Other than the cathedrale bells that rang several times a day, which wasn't necessarily expected, there was nothing we didn't like. :)

Wonderful base for Normandie travels.

EVERYTHING!!! Location, space, washing machine, huge drying rack, parking nearby, fully equipped kitchen, comfort. need I say more?

Can you install a mirror close to a power outlet so when the ladies dry their hair they can see what their doing please. I managed fur a few days but it is the ONLY thing that was an issue. Otherwise Cathedral Charmant is perfect.

Very comfortable with a fantastic location. We were sad to leave our "cozy apartment" !

The apartment is spacious. It was just the 2 of us but it can easily fit 4 people with a bedroom and a sofa bed. The appartment is new and on the top floor, directly opposite Bayeux Cathedral (the bells stop ringing around 9pm and do not start again until 8am, so you can sleep soundly) and the lovely L'Assiette Normande restaurant. We found the accommodation very clean, cozy, comfortable with all the amenities needed for a short or longer stay (fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, ironing board, etc.). The Bayeux Tapestry Museum is a short 10 minutes away. The attention to detail (nice furniture, towels, crokery, sofa, sheets, wooden floor, etc) and cleanliness was a big plus for us.

Ottima location a Bayeux

L'appartamento molto curato e pieno di fascino, la posizione di fronte alla cattedrale di Bayeux. Bagno molto grande e luminoso con finestre anche sul soffitto.

Mi è piaciuto tutto. Una nota da segnalare, l'appartamento è al secondo piano e non c' è ascensore trattandosi di palazzo storico. Per noi non è stato un problema, ma è bene saperlo.
