Die Wohnung ist schön groß, gut gepflegt und bietet ausreichend Platz für eine Familie. Die Lage ist nicht mittendrin, aber vieles ist fußläufig innerhalb von 20 min zu erreichen.
Eine der Schlafcouchen steht im offenen Durchgangszimmer in dem sich auch der Esstisch befindet und bietet somit wenig Privatsphäre. Irgendwie wird die Heizung scheinbar per Voreinstellung gesteuert, was für uns nicht ideal war. Im Winter wurde es abends schnell kalt in der Wohnung und das Bad wurde nie richtig warm. Man merkt, dass die Einrichtung langsam abnutzt, da kann schon etwas nachgebessert werden.

Det låg på lagom avstånd från stan o julmarknaden. Vi hade tur med att få parkeringsplats nära boendet. Kort promenad till första Biedronkabutiken. Stort o luftigt o en balkon att titta på när 4ans spårvagn kör förbi.
En hiss hade varit najs men inget större problem trots våra 60+

Excellent location, walking distance to old town, river, parks, grocery and other shops. Several bus and tram stops nearby.
Appartment is very spacious, bright, very clean, well equipped. No bad smell or drainage issues in the bathroom. It's on busy street but very quiet if you close the windows and not too bad with windows open.
We had to wait good few minutes for a neighbour to let us into the staircase, tired with kids and bags.
Creaky floor. Narrow staircase (small kids with buggy might be a problem). Neighbour from upstairs made noises on two nights and early mornings.
None if it was a serious problem.
