Value for money is good but don’t expect a great apartment

Location is great!

Quality of everything is bad, TV is bad, no “vibe” as apartment. Windows on the roof don’t have shades, so it gets bright early. A bit noisy due to the main square.

Comfortable modern accommodation in an iconic building

This is an iconic building in the Hay Market square. Inside it is sparkling, clean and modern and feels very safe. Even though it is above a restaurant, it wasn't overly noisy. You are on a main Square so at a weekend you will expect a little bit of noise from restaurants and bars around the square. The location is excellent. A short walk from the main Solidarity Square but also from the river.

To be quite honest, this is probably quite a personal thing for me, but the lighting in the main room I felt was quite bright. Even if there was one lamp in that main room it would just be a little bit more relaxing. I don't tend to watch television when I'm away, but if someone did, it would have been nice to have a little bit more information about how to work the television and particularly Netflix.

Great location and spacious apartments on the second floor

Great location, a 12–15 minute walk from the train station, just 2 minutes to the waterfront. The noise from the market square at night didn’t bother us, as we stayed from Sunday night to Monday. Communication with the owner was via SMS. Special thanks for the option to leave our suitcases at the reception for a few hours!

Loved the location and how clean the property was

Location was fantastic!! Communication brilliant, the hosts were helpful and always happy to assist. It was straight forward and clean.

Very small room but that's OK. The duvet is far too small for 2 people, would sugges2 single duvets. Luckily was warm so we managed. Would be nice to have a vhair in the room but due to the size that was impossible. Very noisy early mornings when people play loud music whilst working 1st thing in the morning

A great place in a perfect spot onest orice good maintenance.

A perfect spot in the city. Clean and comfortable. Air condition was a super amenity as august in Szczecin can get humid. Traveling by bicycles the owner hD let me keep the bike inside the premises and this means a lot to me.

If you carry heavier suitcases second floor no elevator can leave you tired. Mind that.

Pleasant stay!

The location was super clean. Great location. Lot of rooms and square meters. For this price this is really got catch! Lot of restaurants and pubs nearby.

Maybe it was a bit to raw. I mean not to much decorated but anyway everything what was needed was on place. I mean few more pictures on the walls can give nicer feel of the apartament.

Best location in the heart of old town in Stettin and it is quiet at night no noice at all. The bed is good. Bathroom is small but ok. As tourist I am happy to find this apartment. But there is no cooking facility, just a microwave which for us is not a problem. Downstairs under apartment there are many restaurants, in 50 meter in the old city hall basement is a wonderful brewery & restaurant - good food. The building has no elevator.

Clean and modern

It was clean and updated. The air conditioning worked well. The water pressure and hot water in the shower were great. Even though it was located on the old town square, with bars and restaurants, the sound from outside wasn't bothersome.

The pillows were a bit flat. I was alone so I stacked both of them, but if I were with someone it would have been uncomfortable to only have one. The blanket also was a bit small for the bed and there was only the blanket, no top sheet.

The Host was really nice and attentive everytime that I need him. The place is well located in main square. If you are planning to travel by car, is better to park no so near to place. It is expensive

the apartment has everything that’s needed for a holiday stay - an iron, plates, mugs, coffee, tea etc. Situated in the old town, it’s really close to the city centre
