Zero dislikes

Upper access pool room, so access to pool was good and faced South, so we had sun on our terrace all day which meant we could stay in a quiet area rather than visit the main pool which was always busy. Lunch in the pool bar was good and reasonably priced. Well kept grounds. Short walk to beach and numerous restaurants and shops.

Pool towels very thin and no mattresses on sunbeds, breakfast very disappointing - bland and limited choice, so only had breakfast on the first day. Pillows lumpy. Tired looking bathroom and bedroom furniture. Requested late check out (normal check out 12 noon) as flying at midnight and had to pay 8,000 baht for an extra 5 hours in the room (initially wanted to charge 8,600), which I felt was a complete rip off when we were just showering in the room before our journey to the airport. A free shower room was available near the pool but only one shower and no guarantee it would be free when we required it, plus no air con or plugs to dry hair.
