Perfection!

We had an outstanding stay in this beautiful resort. The best breakfast I had ever had …., la aranya restaurant …, the staff, atmosphere, food, location….just extraordinary….bravo! modern boutique furnished villas, the staff was always helpful , polite, smiling…,daily refilled minibar( great choice of the drinks)….sometimes I felt like in a heaven😉for those who loves peace, relaxation, to slown down …from the resort you can go to the sea via staircase which we did not mind or just 5 minutes walk to the left or right are beautiful beaches …

To be absolutely perfect resort, it's a pity that hotel doesn't have own sandy beach.

Amazing property, rooms are magnificent and the pool area is lovely. Breakfast always super nice looking over the ocean too. Really peaceful and relaxing. The gym upgrade since our last visit was also great.

I think I’d appreciated some attention to the room whilst we were out. There were a few occasions where we were out all day and the room wasn’t made up when we returned. It’s s small thing but attention to detail given the price we paid is important.

Wonderful stay, we couldn’t have been better looked after.

We were celebrating a birthday - the staff were lovely and helped make it a very special occasion. Staff were very helpful suggesting trips etc. Breakfasts were excellent.

Parts of the infrastructure starting to look a bit tired but this didn’t really impact on our stay.

The buildings need a lot of external renovations, the place looks tired, we were given two free massage vouchers on arrival as an apology for 2 days work being carried out on the accommodation, this would have been great but they massage place was fully booked so we didn’t get chance to use them.

We enjoyed our stay

Overall, the room is very pleasant to stay in. There's a lot of space and privacy. Locationwise, the hotel is very close to beautiful beaches. The staff was not only friendly, but very helpful with tour booking and COVID related procedures.

The design of the room is so so. For example, the stares are steep, lighting in the room, which is managed by "smart" buttons, is almost impossible to understand. The bathtab is way too big, and hot water run out when the bathtab is 25% full.

hotel buildings are run down and looks very old although the night costs USD 200. toilet looked very old. would have been nice to get upgraded room since there were only very little people.

- staff is very helpful and polite - room is sparkling clean - very quiet and peaceful - plenty choices for room amenities - huge bathtub

- there is no beach (not sure whether it’s during hide tide) - room interior. there is no partition in the bathroom so there is no privacy and the room floor will be soaked

Personal sehr nett aber sprachlich manchmal schwierig, Gemeinschaftspool klein da die meisten Villen einen eigenen Pool haben - aber eben nicht alle, essen im Hotel gut, aber relativ teuer bei kleinen Portionen, kein richtiger Strand

Sehr gute Auswahl an westlichem Essen, minibar umsonst, Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig. Das Zimmer war sehr modern und luxuriös eingerichtet.

WLAN hätte etwas besser sein können, ich bin aber auch schlechteres gewohnt.

Das war weder ein 5 Stern Hotel, noch Personal in dieser Klasse! Das Personal scheint Schulungsbedarf zu haben, aber das liegt auch am Management. Kein Strand vorhanden, lediglich eine künstlicher Aufbau eines und dann Treppen hinab zum Meer. Die Fotos im Inserat spiegeln das nicht wieder.

Un lieu magnifique, idéal pour se reposer !

La disponibilité le professionnalisme et la réactivité du personnel. Le tout, toujours avec le sourire ! Le restaurant en bord de mer sous les palmiers est une pure merveille, le petit déjeuner fantastique !

La climatisation fait un peu trop de bruit, l'accés à la piscine n'est pas forcément évident dès qu'il y a un peu de monde.

Lækkert hotel, mad og stille

Lille sted, helt fantastisk a la carte morgenmad, som var outstanding og ud over det sædvanlige. Vi fik ikke en ret, som ikke var lækker. Det lå forholdsvis tæt på byen, en gåtur på 15-20 min. Minibar blev fyldt op hver dag, hvilket var et genialt koncept og lækkert

Poolen var lækker, men der blev puttet noget i, så alt vores lyse badetøj blev helt gult og er ikke lykkedes os at få vasket af, desværre
