Perfect, especially the breakfast!

Everything was perfect! Especially the breakfast was really nice and the prices at the restaurant were fair.

The price was too high. Because of the Chinese new year prices were almost three times as high as usual. This was not in relation.

Great location and service.

The location is great: close to many shops and restaurant, and in front of the beach (with a nice sand and sunset). The restaurant along the beach is also great, with a big variety of food and great. The facilities are good as well, and the staff really supportive and kind. Always smiling!

Long way from the airport. Beach blah

Friendly staff. Clean pool.

I tripped from decking onto grass and concrete. Rang reception but nobody came. Damaged my right ribs and took skin off my right hand. Bleeding badly. Didn’t think much of the town.

The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and efficient. The property location is magnificent, with a great pool, pool bar etc. The food whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner was exceptional. We’ll be back!

I loved everything about this property! This is a great hotel right on a beautiful clean beach, nice design, cozy territory, wonderful pool. Amazing plants like in a botanical garden. We stayed in a Deluxe King Oasis Room - I like these rooms more cause they are facing the main view - pool and the sea right behind the pool. The staff is very helpful and they always give you a true smile.

Breakfast itself is nice but in comparison to it the breakfast in the next hotel La Flora - it is worse…

Nice Hotel with the best breakfast buffet we have ever had in all our years in Khao Lak… Also the Pool Area with Poolbar is amazing and the Drinks delicious. Very good Location. Outside of the Hotel lots of Restaurants, Massage Salons etc.

The poolwater was too hot and has way too much chlorine in it. We've never seen anything like this before. The bathing suits can be disposed of after a week. 🙈 Our room was closed to a neighbor bar. Friday and Saturday Night you had the feeling you were sleeping in this bar it was so loud.

When we checked in, the lady from the reception told us that there is a kids club in the hotel. In fact it was closed. There was a lot of mosquitos on the restaurant and near the swimming pool.

Great location and a very good hotel.

A good choice of breakfast and it's lovely to be able to sit and see the ocean. The rooms are large and very comfortable and I believe, all have a view of the ocean. Towels were great, shower was fine and the rooms are clean. Large size balcony. The staff were friendly. Check-in was simple. There's a great bar right outside the hotel. Overall, we would visit again.

The 'egg station' requires two members of staff to speed things up. The hotel would benefit from a beach bar like the hotel next door. The sun loungers need newer cushions; they are tired and not that comfortable.

Lovely family moments at Ramada Khaolak!

The location is super! You can easily walk to a very busy street with all kind of restaurants, massage, bars, supermarkets, pharmarcies and night market. We enjoyed talking a walk daily in the street just opposite the hotel and making use of all these places. The swimming pool is well-located, warm and welcoming, and just on the beach. The cocktail bar at the pool is amazing, as you can drink all types of well-made cocktails while seating in the pool. The breakfast was divers from warm & cold meal, and own-selected meal cooked in front of you. The staff in general are warm and friendly.

There were a misunderstanding during the check-in. However, it was solved by the head of the reservation team, who was friendly and customer-oriented.

Everything from the staff which are extremely friendly and always willing to help and provide the best experience possible to the location, the rooms which are spacious, modern and satisfy all the needs. The location of the hotel on the beach is perfect, as well as the restaurant for the breakfast with the nice view of the sea. The breakfast had a wide selection of options and I really enjoyed the nice touch of having cappucinos and eggs benedict made daily (this is above all the hotels with breakfast included I've seen before). Happy hour contains a great selections of cocktails which you can serve from the pool. Everything else has gone smoothly. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for pure relaxation.

I believe this is probably not necessarilly the hotel fault, but there was some sewage smell coming into the bathroom only in the morning for couple of hours.

Few things to improve, even tough the hotel is GREAT! Water pressure in the shower was very low. An adult cant shower in the bathtub because the shower there is too short. Also, we took naps since we were with a toddler, and it was very loud outside- they were trimming the bushes or something and it kept us awake
