Very spacious. Nice that bath gel, shampoo and some condiments provided. Excellent location close to the river.

Situated over a bar and some bassy music could be heard. Would benefit from the provision of some oil to help with cooking.

We loved the comfy sitting room with a great view of Tirana and the river. The main bedroom was also gorgeous, the second bedroom spacious. Kitchen was fine, though we didn't cook. The location was superb - 15 minutes walk to the old town, to Tirana, to the Alcazar and not much further to the art museum. We were not prepared for the rather steep stairs or for the fact that no-one was going to check us in, despite what it said on Booking.com. But the office sent lots of directions and extra photos and in the end we had no difficulty with the key box. Communication with the office, through WhatsApp was súper easy.

Gaining access to the property was difficult with the key provided. The lock to the apartment and/or keys need attention or replacement. On arrival, it took us around 30 minutes to enter the apartment - the host was in a meeting with his family and not very responsive. I asked for the key to the terrace, included in the property details, which was not in the apartment. We did not get access to the terrace during our stay which was disappointing considering the good location. The facilities and equipment need updating. There is no information folder for the apartment. There is no functional toaster, the microwave button labels have been removed through overzealous cleaning, the light in the kitchen did not function properly. The en-suite bathroom shower bracket needs refixing to the wall. The upholstery in the lounge would benefit from a cleaning.
