La ubicación y la amabilidad del anfitrión. El piso estaba muy bien aclimatado para las altas temperaturas de Sevilla.
El apartamento necesita cuidados: Todo el suelo estaba estallado, la ducha del piso superior está llena de humedad y la mampara estaba rota. El sofá-cama estaba bastante sucio. La lampara del salón tiene una dudosa instalación y parece que va a caer el cualquier momento.

Great location. Sun terrace was a lovely feature. Well decorated and everything we could have needed. Good to have coffee and jam provided- thanks!

Es grande si. Y en teoría está bien ubicado. Excepto que es muy ruidoso de noche. Y las ventanas esas no atajan ese ruido de ajetreo nocturno muy elevado.
Las almohadas son malas. Una sola por cabeza y muy floja. Los baños muy desangelados y las toallas tampoco son buenas. Luego el living con los sillones todos machados y muy usados…muy flojo.
