Muy bien situado teniendo la catedral a 4 minutos y muy cerca de todo. Lo malo en fin de semana muchos ruidos y en general algún ruido de cisternas pero se podía dormir sin problema. El dueño muy majo y super atento de todo, pese a los pequeños ruidos lo recomiendo sin ninguna duda.
Quizás el baño necesita una pequeña reforma, pero el piso muy bien

Superbe appartement en plein centre de Séville. La terrasse est très spacieuse, l’appartement très agréable. Je le recommande à 100%.

Ambas as casas de banho são nos quartos, o que quer dizer que se forem 6 pessoas, quem dorme na sala tem de passar pelos quartos para ir à wc...

Appartement en plein centre-ville, juste derrière les arènes et à côté des quartiers animés Personnel à l’écoute et réactif (la barre de rideau ne tenait plus et le personnel a fait en sorte de réparer dés le lendemain)
L’isolation phonique est trop faible car on entend fortement les voitures et forcement les passants (tard la nuit ou tôt le matin du fait des quartiers animés) Les pneus des voitures crissent énormément dans le virage juste à côté Différents morceaux de scotch sur le sol et système carte à l’entrée faisant office de réparation (temporaire ?)
