Location, management, space and Air conditioning working fine.
The old town is unfortunately very difficult to drive cars. So we had to park the car around d 10 minutes waking distance, and it was peak summer time, carrying everything, plus a 2year-old-kid, a little chaotic. The TV was not working to watch the World Cup game, but we wended up not using it at the end anyways.

Location was excellent. Near Cathedral and other attractions. Loads of bars and restaurants near by and a lovely breakfast/lunch café just outside. Private underground parking near by (20€ a night) Apartment was comfortable but could have been cleaner. Francisco was very helpful
Broken chairs, we fixed them. No mattress or pillow covers. Cushion covers and armchair need cleaning. We had to clean the washing machine before using it

Le faltaba limpieza, en las sábanas había pelos antes de usarlas, menos mal que me llevé yo las mías propias... La ubicación muy buena y el chico que era responsable del apartamento muy agradable y servicial.
