Virtual assistant and contact were very handy and prompt. The apartment is in a great location and we were able to check in earlier which was really appreciated.
The shower drain was blocked and flooded the bathroom and into the apartment, however they were very dry prompt in response. The drain was not completely fixed but it was better. Also weren’t able to find a couple small things like sink plug to clean dishes.

The apartment was decorated beautifully, it was very comfortable and had all of the provisions i needed. It was completely central to all areas of interest and it was very convenient being situated next to a grocery shop for some basic supplies. There were plenty of towels, soap, toilet paper. The little sun terrace upstairs was great but would have benefitted from a sun shade. Overall a lovely little apartment.
I cant say there was anything I really didn't like, however, i should note, to help others, that there are stairs to negotiate so not disabled friendly. The apartment provided a small ironing board, however, I would have preferred a full size ironing board to make it easier to press long dresses and trousers.

The location is amazing, the only thing it’s far away is Plaza de Espana. It’s a 5-10min walk to the Alcazar and the cathedral and a 2 min walk to La Sede. Amazing churros at bar El Cormercio, next to the apartment. Checkin is contactless and the lady whom is giving you indications is polite and helpful. The apartment is well equipped with everything you might need.
The water supply is limited(electrically heated) and you might have to wait or do something for the boiler to restart. It’s not anyone’s fault, as info. Also the price was high but I’m not sure how the other accommodation prices were at the time of the booking, most expensive of our accommodations in Spain.

Ok location
Room wasn't ready upon arrival. Had to wait nearly 3 hrs to access room. Was offered no compensation from booking.com or the apartment company for such an inconvenience. When it was available, the facilities were lacking. AC was not great and shower was extremely slow draining.
