The lift didn’t work very well and finally broke down so had to drag my large case up and down the stairs Not much room by the plunge pool

The apartment was clean and had all the basics you need. The hairdryer was powerful. Plenty of coffee pods, dishwasher tablets and washing up equipment provided. Great location and lovely to have the roof terrace with pool. The apartment was very spacious. Left luggage lockers are very handy and easy to use.

No full length mirror anywhere in the property and no mirror in the bedroom. Instructions for how to use the dishwasher would have been handy. Had to search online.

We were disappointed with the value for money based on the facilities and service. The apartment was comfortable and largely quiet during the night. Cleaning is not included during the stay and, given the higher cost, this seemed an oversight. We also saw cleaners most days in the communal areas. The other disadvantage based on the cost, was that the studio didn't have any external windows. The room did face into the internal courtyard which was nice. However, when there was noise from other guests, which there was often while we were there, it echoed around the courtyard and into our apartment. For privacy, we also had to keep the curtains to the courtyard shut, as it is quite overlooked. Overall, we were disappointed given the higher cost compared to similar apartments available. The roof terrace has great views but didn't feel well maintained and the pool area was small and often taken up by families in the larger apartments so we didn't feel we could use that space. I think this accommodation is better suited to families and larger groups than couples.
