Everything was amazing and perfect! Location closed to city center, shops and restaurants. The apartment is equipped with everything you need! Starting from kitchen ( small kit for cooking, coffee and kitchen tools) to washing machine and ironing. Was the best accommodation I stayed in!

The property was in a great location, just across the road was luggage storage which was super handy on our last day. And just around the corner was a supermarket. The apartment was well equipped and there was plenty of room for the 3 of us. The decor was very nice and fresh. The kitchen was equipped with an oven, microwave and hob so if you were wanting to self cater there was plenty of options for cooking. There was a full size fridge freezer & dishwasher too.
There was nothing really, the only thing I would say is that there is a slight musky smell as you enter the apartment but it doesn’t last long. The main entrance has a keypad for entry but after the initial entry we needed the key which had been left but we weren’t sure what it was for however it took a couple of attempts sometimes to put the number in the keypad and then try to turn the key within the time of the buzzer.

The apartments are modern and stylish. The location was great, right near the Alcazar and many restaurants. The unit was soundproofed and had mechanical blinds to block out the street lights and heat.
Sometimes things don’t go as planned or expectations are not met. We had an issue arise and I notified the staff and they responded promptly ( within an hour). They addressed my concerns with understanding and empathy. The rest of the stay was great. They also followed up afterwards to ensure everything was back on track. I would stay with Genteel again.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to all the major attractions. As we were with an infant, it was very helpful.
The stuffs were very helpful too. Responded within minutes whenever we contacted.
No day lights. From the apartment, it was not possible to differentiate days from nights.
