The location. Very convenient and easy to access many good places in Sevilla.

- we were 7 for a 4 days long stay. Toilet paper was limited to 4 rolls. Clearly not enough. A strong emphasis was put on not using the spare ones in the closet. Kind of sad for the price. - a strong smell of gas in the inner court made the opening of windows impossible in some rooms. Host has been warned but we were stuck with the problem for 4 days without solution. (Smell was mostly appearing at night and check has been made during the day by the host) - the door to enter the building has failed during out stay making the digit code unusable. Without key, we were blocked for both entering and exiting the building. We had a single key from the beginning which was not enough. A spare one was given but in those circumstances, 3 would have been needed. - announce made statement of a balcony. It is inexploitable.
