Apartamentos Living Sevilla Centro Maestranza

Very centrally located, 2 rooms, both ensuite, suited us perfectly. Had stayed in the next street but this time we had our grandson with us so needed a larger apt.

Keep in mind you likely meet a cleaner who you pay your money too. We had a language issue, and did not understand each other. We were paying the apartment on arrival, and as it says on the info about apt, you pay 150 euros breakage/damage deposit. Unfortunately we did not ask for a receipt due to the language issues. On getting home, when I asked about refund of this extra deposit, I was told we had never been asked for this & had not paid. Very disappointing. We have tried various times to discuss this but keep getting told never asked for it. They say it is only for large groups & pets, does not say that anywhere. When asking Booking.com for help, they read the info I pointed out to them, but we could not prove we had paid it. So yes lovely apt, just be aware & get that receipt. After all our years of using Booking.com I felt let down. I had also read reviews where people had commented that they had to wait 2 weeks to get their money back. So why would I not think that I had to pay this.

There were a few ants in the Kitchen.

The room upstairs was too hot impossible to sleep, maybe good for the winter
