Very centrally located, 2 rooms, both ensuite, suited us perfectly. Had stayed in the next street but this time we had our grandson with us so needed a larger apt.

Keep in mind you likely meet a cleaner who you pay your money too. We had a language issue, and did not understand each other. We were paying the apartment on arrival, and as it says on the info about apt, you pay 150 euros breakage/damage deposit. Unfortunately we did not ask for a receipt due to the language issues. On getting home, when I asked about refund of this extra deposit, I was told we had never been asked for this & had not paid. Very disappointing. We have tried various times to discuss this but keep getting told never asked for it. They say it is only for large groups & pets, does not say that anywhere. When asking Booking.com for help, they read the info I pointed out to them, but we could not prove we had paid it. So yes lovely apt, just be aware & get that receipt. After all our years of using Booking.com I felt let down. I had also read reviews where people had commented that they had to wait 2 weeks to get their money back. So why would I not think that I had to pay this.

There were a few ants in the Kitchen.

The host was demanding information days in advance presuming that we had a fixed schedule and there was no consideration that we were travelling by car between cities. Plenty of information was sent about access, videos and written information about how to access the lock box. We are familiar with these but were unable to get access. We communicated this with the host but there was frustration from the host asking us to video how we were operating the lock box, telling us to reread the instructions and rewatch the you tube video. All to no avail because we had been sent the wrong access code! The host realised this after double checking at their end. All of this happened in daylight but if I had been alone in the dark it would have been a devastating experience. It had taken so long to get in to the apartment that we went straight out to find somewhere to eat. It was a bank holiday so we weren't hanging around. When we did get back to the apartment, expecting to be able to shower, we found there was no hot water. The telephone number we had been given was only available until 21.00 so we had to work this one out. We found that the hot water tank had been switched off at the mains and so we had to wait for the water to heat up and this wasn't until the next morning. Although there are 2 bathrooms, the one accessed off the main bedroom has been used the most and is evidently showing signs of deterioration. The shower screen and low profile shower tray allow water to leak all over the bathroom floor. There was more water outside of the shower enclosure than inside. Thankfully there was a second bathroom that we were able to use as an alternative.
