MonKeys Apartments Pureza House

The apartment was stylish (lots of wood) and extremely close to the city center (and to the river). It was very close to subway/metro and stores. It was quiet and it had a great terrace. There was an elevator, which is really great (the apartment is on the third floor). Hosts were very friendly and responsive, and it was very easy to get keys to the apartment. There were two big comfortable beds (one at mezzanine floor). Bathroom includes shower, toilet, basin. There were also towels. There was a fridge, a sink, a microwave, a coffee maker, plates, cutlery. I recommend this place for a short stay (one/two weeks).

The electric kettle was malfunctioning and it did not boil water properly. The couch was old and not very comfortable (I tried to use it for sitting at the table).

Great location to walk to the April festival. An easy bridge cross to the old town and all the sights. The apartment was clean and large enough to be comfortable and had all the facilities we needed in the room and the kitchenette. There is a great terrace on the rooftop that we took advantage of for a morning cuppa

Plumbing in Spain. That had nothing to do with this property.

Lovely decor and homely feeling. Comfy beds and very clean. The location is fantastic in a great peaceful part of the city that you can enjoy spending time in but also easily walkable to the centre.

Might be a bit cramped to have a long stay, especially for 4 or more people. Doesn’t feel like you could do much cooking or comfortably eat dinner there.

The location in the heart of busty Triana, was just perfect. The host was quickly responding and took care of all our requests. Very helpful cleaning lady.

The staircase of the apartment block could be noisy as there were groups of visitors checking in and out all night. Relatively small sink and room in the bathroom.
