The location is great! A lot of places to eat around. Visiting the market was a plus. The apartment is spacious and the kitchen is well stocked with utensils.
As with any old city, the sewer system is horrible and the apartment stinks of sewer. Maybe updating the plumbing will help a bit with this. The apartment is in need of a fresh coat of painting.
