Excellent location. Nice apartment, no street noise.

We stayed 5 nights and the room was not serviced once or an exchange of towels or bedding. We were not made aware of this prior to arrival, and expected, for what we paid, for the room to be serviced daily. There was a service door to the restaurant next door further down the stairs leading to our door and the noise in the early hours of the morning, when the restaurant was closing, was very loud and noisy. We had to ask the staff to be quiet several times (we have video). The wires on the hairdryer were exposed and dangerous so we could not use it and had to purchase a hair dryer. There were exposed wires on plugs in the kitchen also, very dangerous. We reported this to the host via WhatsApp on day 2 and were told someone from maintenance would attend the problem. No one ever arrived. We have photos. We also have a photo of the housekeeping room being left open and keys to all aprtments easily available for anyone to take.
