Een super locatie als je het heerlijk vind om alles in de stad te voet te kunnen doen. Ligt heel centraal, goed geïsoleerd dus geen geluiden van buitenaf. Zodra je de deur uit stapt, kan je meteen de terrassen op, en op 3 minuten loopafstand van de kathedraal. Echt top!
De uitrusting in de keuken is mager; mis een aantal basiselementen.. en ik snap dat in de zomer het terras te warm is, maar in voor-en najaar (en winter) is buiten zitten een unieke kans, maak dan wat van de twee dakterrassen.. iets meer zorg..

Bagno da ristrutturare, doccia rimane bagnata nella parte piastrellata, porta salvietta/carta igienica rotto, mobiletto del bagno non pulitissimo e cosa migliore, indumenti del proprietario di casa negli armadi, di cui, uno chiuso a chiave e l'altro no ma con un cartello con scritto di non aprire...terrazzino con bella vista ma tenuto in modo indecente.
