The Vinuesa II apartment is an outstanding, high-quality property with an elegant decor that strikes the perfect balance between style and comfort.
With a functional layout, the apartment features a spacious living room with large windows that fill the space with natural light. The area is divided into two sections: a seating area with a comfortable sofa, which can be converted into a double sofa bed, and an auxiliary table, as well as a dining area with a table and seating for up to six people. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end utensils, designed to offer a top-notch culinary experience.
The apartment has two double bedrooms. One of them includes an en-suite bathroom, while the second, also complete, is separate, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.
The location is, without a doubt, one of its major highlights. It is situated on the iconic García de Vinuesa Street, just steps away from the majestic Seville Cathedral and Giralda, and close to the Royal Alcázar. The area is also surrounded by the finest restaurants and tapas bars in the city, allowing guests to easily enjoy local cuisine.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

My husband and I and our two sons aged 21 and 19 really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is beautiful with natural light and quite spacious. It has a well-stocked kitchen. The location is wonderful, just a 3 minute walk to the Cathedral. Communication with the management team was excellent. We had a very easy check in, and we were given a list of restaurant recommendations. They even offered to make reservations for us for a flamenco show, which we attended nearby and totally enjoyed. We would love to stay here again if we have the opportunity of visiting Sevilla in the future.

Wonder place!! Lovely place to come back to at the end of the day. Management was so easy to work with and helped right away when I needed it. I would stay here again!!

Great location, the two bedrooms with two baths was perfect for two couples. Nice closets for our stay. Loved having a washer. We had trouble getting in the main street door on our first day and someone came to our aid almost immediately.
