The area is divided into two sections: a seating area with a comfortable sofa, which can be converted into a double sofa bed, and an auxiliary table, as well as a dining area with a table and seating for up to six people. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end utensils, designed to offer a top-notch culinary experience.
The apartment has two double bedrooms. One of them includes an en-suite bathroom, while the second, also complete, is separate, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.
The location is, without a doubt, one of its major highlights. It is situated on the iconic García de Vinuesa Street, just steps away from the majestic Seville Cathedral and Giralda, and close to the Royal Alcázar. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Great location, the two bedrooms with two baths was perfect for two couples. Nice closets for our stay. Loved having a washer. We had trouble getting in the main street door on our first day and someone came to our aid almost immediately.

Fantastic location, beautiful view of Orange trees. Good size bedrooms with lots of storage, wish I had this nice of wardrobe in my home. Don’t need a rental car, it is a pain to park and get to through the narrow one-way streets.
