Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und konnten die Wohnung sogar früher beziehen. Vielen Dank! Alles war sehr sauber und wir bekamen alles ausführlich erklärt. Wir wohnten im Erdgeschoss, aber leider bilden die Fotos im Inserat offensichtlich eine höher gelegene Wohnung ab. Die Fenster waren wesentlich kleiner und somit ist die Wohnung recht dunkel, vor allem, wenn draußen keine Sonne scheint. Bei dem "Balkon" handelt es sich um einen kleinen Innenhof, der ebenfalls fast kein Licht hereinlässt. Ein großer Vorteil ist jedoch, dass man fußläufig alles in kurzer Zeit erreichen kann. Somit waren es für uns sehr schöne Tage in Sevilla. Wir kommen gerne wieder, aber dann in eine obere Wohnung.

We recently stayed here. Three adults were comfortable in the space. The second bedroom has two twin beds which worked well for our situation. The manager was very helpful explaining all the features of the apartment and things to do in the city. Highly recommended!

We recently stayed here with another couple, although the apartment is better suited to two adults and two children due to the miniscule size of the second en-suite bedroom. The kitchen and baths are brand-new, we found all to be very clean and neat, and ideally located right off a main boulevard. In both directions from the front door are myriad terrific restaurants, and all the historic sights and more are within easy reach on foot. We did have a couple of maintenance issues, of the very nature which can arise at any time and in any home, and were amazed at the immediate and successful response we encountered. A most enjoyable stay, well-supported by a friendly and helpful owner and staff.
