Our accommodations are located in the heart of Seville; it’s rare to hear outside noise inside, but due to its unbeatable location, you may occasionally hear some noise from outside caused by people passing by.
The house has two main steps at the entrance and features 4 floors accessible by stairs.
The main floor includes the living room, bathroom, terrace, kitchen, and pantry.
The second floor features a full bathroom and two bedrooms.
The third floor has a mini-bar and an outdoor terrace with a large table for enjoying the outdoors.
The fourth floor is a rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the sun and majestic views.
Additional guest after check-in: 60€/day.
The house must be left clean; otherwise, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
Pets are allowed for a fee of 50€ per stay, provided they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds or sofa out of respect for future guests. Additional pet after check-in: 150€ per stay.
No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted. A penalty of 150 euros will be imposed.
The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing your DNI or passport information via the link we will send you.
Damage to the following items will incur the following charges:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover
Damage to or breakage of the lock on the entrance door to the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.
The loss or failure to return any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.
Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-paid security deposit.
The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve.

The house was in a great location for central Seville, it’s over 3 floors with steep stairs so not really suitable for young children. The rooftop terrace was a lovely addition and we were fortunate to use it a couple of afternoons in February. The central locking door appeared to malfunction a couple of times do we used the key, we did report it but it was not fixed whilst we were there. The house itself was a bit chilly at times and the air con to be used as a heater was not efficient in the master bedroom, however we did find a little portable heater that we used. The immediate outdoor area had dog faeces the whole time we were there, so care was needed whilst leaving the house, we were aware of this from reviews we had read previously. We would stay here again based on its location
