About this apartment rental

Charming duplex apartment on the famous Calle Francos, in the heart of Seville’s historic center. Fully renovated, with modern and functional design furniture, it’s the perfect place to enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious and bright living room with a dining area and a lounge with a sofa bed, ideal for relaxing in a peaceful atmosphere. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. There are two bedrooms: one on the ground floor with two single beds (90x190 cm) and a bathroom with a shower, and the second on the upper floor, with a double bed (150x190 cm) and a bathroom with a shower. From the master bedroom, you have access to a magnificent terrace with a table for outdoor dining, sun loungers, and comfortable armchairs, perfect for relaxing.

The apartment is perfectly located for exploring the city’s main landmarks, such as the Cathedral and the Royal Alcázars. Additionally, the area offers an excellent selection of tapas bars and restaurants where you can enjoy delicious Sevillian cuisine. You will also find nearby craft shops and supermarkets.

Lovely apartment in the best location for exploring Seville. We were met at the door and everything was great with the stay. The only thing I can fault is the temperature in the top bedroom. The heating wasn’t substantial and it felt like the door to the terrace was open (draft coming in etc). I’m sure in summer it will be fine but we stayed on November.

We absolutely loved our stay here ! The location was great and our place was amazing ! Especially loved the rooftop! I would highly recommend! The whole process and communication was superior!

Well appointed and beautiful apartment in the heart of the historical centre of Seville. Pictures described well the apartment and the unit was well supplied. The staff are courteous and very helpful in providing suggestions or even coordination of what to do in Seville. They are kind and genuine! A pleasure to deal with. The apartment is steps away from the cathedral and the square as well as other sites. Highly recommended.
