Located on the first floor of a lovely building with an elevator, which has only two apartments per floor, it offers a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere.
Upon entering, you reach a hallway with three bedrooms and two bathrooms on either side. The bedrooms feature 1.50 x 2.00 m beds, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, plus a second independent bathroom.
At the end of the hallway is the living room, with several windows overlooking Feria Street, providing plenty of natural light. The elegant and stylish furnishings include a double sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), allowing the apartment to accommodate up to 7 guests. The kitchen is open to the living room and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Feria Street is one of the most historic and well-known streets in Seville’s city center. It is a picturesque and authentic area, highly valued by both locals and visitors. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Property in a great location. Rooms and bathrooms very small. Parking is not available but underground parking nearby. No info given for restaurants and activities.
