About this apartment rental

This stunning, high-quality apartment is located on the exclusive Calle Zaragoza, just across from Plaza Nueva, in the historic center of Seville. The apartment is set in a beautiful building, fully restored and renovated, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance.

The apartment’s construction is top-notch, featuring high-quality doors, flooring, windows, and a kitchen. The décor follows a modern design style with neutral, clean tones that create a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere.

The apartment spans two floors and consists of 3 bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spectacular private terrace with views of the Cathedral.

Upon entering, you’ll find a hallway that leads to the first bedroom on the right. This bedroom features a double bed (1.50 x 1.90), built-in wardrobes, and a window that opens to a sunny, warm communal patio with classic architecture, adding charm to the space.

Continuing down the hallway, you’ll find a fully equipped independent bathroom, followed by the living room, which overlooks a quiet back street. The kitchen, partially integrated into the living room, is fully equipped with all necessary appliances for cooking and enjoying a comfortable stay.

Further down the hallway, you reach the second bedroom, which is also peaceful and features two single beds (90 x 1.90), separated by a bedside table, and built-in wardrobes.

Upstairs, you’ll access the master bedroom, which features a double bed (2 x 1.90) and an en-suite bathroom. From this room, you can easily access the expansive private terrace of over 40 m², divided into various areas: a sitting area with sofas, tables, and cushions, a dining area with a large table for 8 people, and a sunbathing area with two loungers, perfect for relaxing under the sun.

The apartment’s location is unbeatable. Situated in the Arenal district, at the heart of Seville, it’s located right in front of Plaza Nueva and just a few meters from the City Hall and the Cathedral. In the surrounding area, you’ll find some of the best restaurants and bars, offering exquisite Andalusian cuisine.

Great apartment. Nicely decorated and very clean. Super comfy beds and the toiletries were appreciated. Brilliant location, walkable to everything and near some lovely restaurants.The host (Genteel Homes) was brilliant. Excellent communication and amazing customer service - booking taxis, and a flamenco show for us and giving lots of recommendations. Would definitely seek to use them again.

This property was exactly as described. Beautiful, perfect location, and extremely comfortable for 5 friends. Sevilla is beautiful, I would love to come back sometime. The rooftop is fun after the sun goes down. The AC works great! The only issue we had was getting the building unlocked on the first day. I called the after hours number and connected with someone immediately who helped us. Customer service also 10 out of 10!

This was a great apartment in an amazing location. It was perfect for a family of 4 and grandparents. The outside area was awesome!
