The location of the accommodation is unbeatable. It's right in the heart of the Feria neighborhood (part of the Casco Antiguo), tucked away in an alleyway just a short distance from the main street, making it perfect for the evenings: it's very quiet, which helps you sleep and rest well. There's a specialty coffee shop just a few steps away, and the area is packed with restaurants, bakeries, bars, shops, grocery shops, art shops, book stores, even a pharmacy and a cinema. And just a stone's throw from Seville's main attractions, very close to the Alameda de Hércules, the Setas de Sevilla and the Museum of Fine Arts of Seville.

The instructions we received via WhatsApp mentioned someone who would be available to help us with any questions, but after trying to contact him the first night, Mr. Álvaro never responded and ignored us throughout our entire stay. The only issue we had was resolved, and we are grateful to the person behind the WhatsApp messaging service. However, the contact we were given didn't even bother to follow up and ask if the problem had been resolved. I find this completely unacceptable and a prime example of poor customer service.

location was great, had everything you needed, easy check in, very very cheap and since we weren’t there that long and mostly out in the city it was ideal

Lo que nos gustó más fue la comodidad de la cama de matrimonio y la ubicación del apartamiento.

Varias cosas. Primero de todo, lo poco anfitrión que fue el propietario. No nos dejó ni entrar un rato antes, ya que llegábamos antes del check-in, ni que hubiese sido media hora... Ni quedarnos un rato más el día que teníamos que irnos a no ser que le pagáramos claro... Sin ninguna explicación detrás. En el apartamento había totalmente lo justo, no teníamos ni gel ni champú solo jabón de manos. I por lo que hace al mobiliario un poco justo, y la puerta no cerraba a no ser que la cerraras con llave. Para mi gusto poca atención con el cliente.
