Arredamento e architettura originali e di grande impatto. Letti e cuscini molto comodi, pulizia impeccabile. La posizione, pur non essendo centralissima, è comunque comoda e permette di raggiungere il centro con una piacevole passeggiata di circa 20 minuti tra le viette della città.
Come già segnalato e messo in preventivo, le scale sono oggettivamente ripide e strette, risultando un po' scomode. Il parcheggio nelle vicinanze è scarso e i posti disponibili sono pochi. Inoltre, segnaliamo che sia nella camera al piano superiore che nella camera principale erano presenti una finestra e un lucernario privi di oscuranti, motivo per cui al mattino entra molta luce; le finestre principali invece ce li avevano, ma trovare una soluzione per oscurare anche quelle due aperture sarebbe decisamente meglio.
