About this apartment rental
Elegant, Senorial, Central, Modern, Comfortable spacious and bright apartment with touches of color and elegant design, is a perfect property to enjoy a quiet stay in the center of Seville, next to the Mushrooms of the Incarnation, near the Alameda de Hércules, the bohemian neighborhood of Seville, as well as the Bell, emblematic and stately areas of Seville (Cathedral, Giralda, Reales Alcaceres, etc ...), you can walk to any point of interest.
The environment is a show of COLOR AND LIFE: there are many restaurants, tapas bars, where you can taste our wonderful cuisine. gardens, shops, banks, supermarkets and greengrocers, and places with live flamenco shows.
It is the ideal location to enjoy the Holy Week, since all the brotherhoods pass a few meters from the accommodation, being therefore optimal to see them and be able to rest whenever you want. It is surrounded by several important churches, where many of the brotherhoods come from.
The April Fair in Seville is easily accessible by direct bus or taxi, which stops only a few meters away.
The Museum of Fine Arts, second most important gallery in Spain, is located just 3 minutes walk.
Likewise, a few meters away, there are innumerable Sevillan Palace Houses and churches of the highest cultural value.
Its situation is unbeatable to get lost in the surrounding streets during Holy Week, where you can enjoy its incense smells as well as its images dancing to the music of the bands, an authentic religious spectacle worthy of admiration.
The building is an old Sevillian palace house of the eighteenth century, completely restored in 2017, but keeping all its architectural splendor, is characterized by its mixture of old and modern, many of the details of this are original (tiles, irons , wooden windows, vaults.) has a fountain in its main courtyard where its wonderful relaxing sound immerses you in the warmth and peace that you feel in this place.
Located in a large stately neighborhood in the heart of the historic center of Seville on a street almost pedestrian, where very few vehicles transit.
It has an area of 95 m2, high ceilings on the first floor with an elevator, it is exterior and its large balconies overlook the private courtyard of the building, which guarantees that your holidays will be comfortable.
There are several PARKINGS IN THE AREA. The closest is the parking Image located on Calle Santa Angela de la Cruz, number 2. However, the use of the car is unnecessary, since all the main sites of tourist interest are around, or a few minutes walk. Therefore, if you come by car, leave it in the parking lot upon arrival and forget about it until the departure. Enjoy the luxury of exploring the center of this beautiful city on foot.

This flat was in a great location - easy to visit different shops and tourist attractions. Great nearby bars and thrift shopping too. I highly recommend this well presented, very clean and comfortable apartment. The host was very responsive when we arrived and gave us immediate access to the apartment remotely. No fuss - easy check in and check out. Special note that the master en-suite shower is incredible.

Eclectic design beautifully done.
Immaculately clean.
Everything you need - very comfortable stay.
Amazing to an iron - an ironing board to accompany it would be helpful.
Excellent location. Beautiful narrow streets that are quiet, but just a few minutes walk and you find nightlife.
Our night-time check-in and internet connection could have been smoother if we’d had full information earlier but the property manager answered our calls and texts straight away and was very helpful. Everything was sorted to our satisfaction.
Highly recommend this apartment and would stay here again.

The apartment was advertised as 3 bedrooms, but it’s really 2 bedrooms with a pullout sofa in the living room. If you have a vehicle, parking is a 10 minute walk away. Our biggest issue was that we were given 1 set of keys, and the keys were required to operate the air conditioning and power in the apartment, so if anyone wanted to leave the apartment all 6 of us had to leave or someone had to remain behind to let the others in. Very inconvenient, plus we couldn’t leave the washer going or leave our electronics to charge while we were out. Also be aware that there is another apartment with the exact same street name and number about 20km away so your GPS might direct you to the wrong location.
