Great stay from start to finish. The location is excellent, the apartment was clean and well maintained, and the staff were very welcoming. The self check-in was easy and convenient, especially for a late arrival. Definitely one of the best options for the price.

Very central and convenient location. Comfortable bed, clean room, great value for money.

It’s very close to Alameda Hercules which is filled with cafes, bars, and restaurants. The property was clean and quiet. Included a laundry machine and drying rack.
Check in was a little confusing. I waited outside the property while texting with the management on WhatsApp. Eventually a nice lady came rolling up on a bicycle to assist me.

Really good location. 5min walk to main area of bars, restaurants and night life.
The ceilings in my room and the bathroom were too low. It was really uncomfortable when I had a shower. The communal areas are tight. No more than 2 people fit in the kitchen at the same time. There is air con in the communal areas but not in the bedroom. This is a big problem during hot nights as you only have a noisy fan in the room.
