Perfect location, easy access to the building/apartment (check-in), all you need for the comfortable stay, like bath accessories and kitchen utensils, quiet area though in close proximity to shops, restaurants and all sites
3rd floor with no lift, a heads up would have been great. Not all windows did have a proper lock, we used the external roller shutters when we left for the day

A very nicely furnished and spacious apartment in a wonderful area of Sevilla from which one can easily explore the city.
If travelling by car, parking is extremely complicated and expensive. We booked the apartment due to the host's offer of private parking fpr €15/day, but after the reservation was fixed, we were told that parking was not available. We followed the recommendation to the closest public parking and ended up paying €35/per day.
We had a serious problem with ants in the kitchen, so after the first day we preferred to eat outside. The ant baits showed that the problem is known to the hosts.
