La comunicación con la recepción , no han respondido a mis llamadas en ningún momento ni tan siquiera una respuesta a día de hoy. Prodríamos haber dormido en la calle con los problemas que tienen con el sistema de apertura de puerta.

The property could have been better stocked. For example, there were no napkins and only one roll of toilet paper. It wasn’t a big deal, though

Zonas de dejadez , azulejos no colocados , el techo de la ducha muy bajo,grifo del apartamento 14 con in dispositivo demasiado grande comparado con el lavabo . Algo complicado de resolver el enigma de cómo abrir las puertas .

It’s location and proximity to Plaza Alameda. Some great tapas bars nearby. Great shower pressure.

The suite that I pre-booked became unavailable on the morning of my arrival and I received a message that I have, apparently, been “upgraded” to a larger appt. This however was far from being an upgrade. The amenities of that replacement flat were old and tired. The sofa in the lounge was very dirty and unpleasant to sit on. The headboard of the bed in the main bedroom was all scratched with pieces of the fabric peeling off of it when you placed your head against it. I have also found several hair in the shower cabin and on the walls of the bathroom so have serious doubts about how thorough the room clean between guests is.
