Alameda Corner

Centrally located, clean, great value and comfortable. Humberto is great to deal with and stays in contact with important information.

The owner, Humberto, is very kind and makes sure you feel welcomed. He proactively sent recommendations for a very nice stay in the city as well. Highly recommend!

The location was outstanding. The flat was superb

Bed squeaked a bit 😜

Privacy. Access to the rooftop. The front door was kept closed for security. Spacious kitchen area.

The floor was not wiped clean. I usually take my shoes off indoors and my socks turned real dirty. I had to clean the wood floor myself. The rooftop furniture was dusty and the floor was dusty and full of leaves. No washing machine. Weird floor plan, resulting in tight bedroom and tight living room and wasted space elsewhere. Even though, the website stated that it was around 500-600 sq feet, it felt cramped where it mattered. The neighborhood corner has few bars with customers hollering and talking loud into the late night. If you are a light sleeper, this could be a problem. The sofa did not have a lot of cushion and was very uncomfortable.
