The location was good - in the old city, near to plenty of facilities, though a bit of a walk to the more touristy heart of Seville. The room was very clean and well appointed. The communal kitchen could have been useful if we'd needed it.

The room could have been a bit bigger.

The room was spacious and spotless, great air conditioning and very comfortable bed. Easy access and very helpful and communicative hosts.

Privacy. Access to the rooftop. The front door was kept closed for security. Spacious kitchen area.

The floor was not wiped clean. I usually take my shoes off indoors and my socks turned real dirty. I had to clean the wood floor myself. The rooftop furniture was dusty and the floor was dusty and full of leaves. No washing machine. Weird floor plan, resulting in tight bedroom and tight living room and wasted space elsewhere. Even though, the website stated that it was around 500-600 sq feet, it felt cramped where it mattered. The neighborhood corner has few bars with customers hollering and talking loud into the late night. If you are a light sleeper, this could be a problem. The sofa did not have a lot of cushion and was very uncomfortable.
