Good location. Good value for money. No noise from the street. Best part - very helpful host as she gave us great tips which I really recommend to follow, we were not disappointed. Heating combined with A/C available. Nice bathroom, good shower. Very clean.
The place is quite humid but no fungus. Not much light. We came end of March and the apartment is quite cold, but you can use the heater.
You can hear noises from the apartment above if they are making noise. Fridge makes noises in the night, might be a problem for someone.
There is enough hot water, just be careful about long showers. We were okay, but I don’t think e.g. two girls would manage to wash their hair right after each other.

Good: 2-level apartment (#4), 60m², furnished and equipped with everything! Nice balcony/terrace with a panoramic view of Seville. 2 air-conditionings. Comfortable bed, good bathroom, kitchen, big fridge, even washing machine. Very quiet. Downstairs is the kitchen/dining room, a bathroom, and a small terrace. Upstairs is the bedroom and living room. It has a spiral staircase to go up. Good communication by email/booking.com but not in person as you never see them.
Quite a long walk to the last floor. Disappointed with TV, only Spanish-language channels. Slow WiFi. A bit pricey.

Good location. fantastic and very helpful host.
The room is small, with a complete lack of space for personal belongings (no wardrobe or hangers), despite the existing kitchenette—a bit illogical. What I really dislike is the lack of a regular window, which means there's a window overlooking the stairwell.
