La situation géographique.

L’appartement a « vécu » et même s’il est confortable, il est vrai que les photos sont un peu trompeuses. Ce qui fait que le rapport qualité prix n’est pas très bon.

La cocina, pero no la usamos

El sofá cama sin sábanas, éramos 4 hombres y uno tuvo que dormir en el sofá, sin almohadas, sin sábanas , nada de nada, llamé para decir que nos pusieran otra cama y si había una , pero sin nada, fatal, tuvimos que llamar, no había papel higiénico...

Perfect localisation. The host is very fiendly and helpful. Apartment is fully equiped and is a great base to visit old town. The building inside itself is quiet and nice.

At the weekends there is a noise from the street. You can hear parties and people shouting :) The main door on the ground level works hard...the electric release of the lock could be better :)

The location was excellent for tourists in Seville. The area was filled with wonderful businesses and restaurants. The apartment was well-equipped in regard to the kitchen and bathroom. The heating systems worked well. The neighbors were friendly.

I am normally not so picky, but there were some issues. The apartment was not nearly as clean or elegant as the photos depict. The apartment walls and some of the furniture were worn or scuffed. There was minimal bedding available. The comforters were stained and did not feel clean; they also did not have duvet covers. In addition, one of the beds had a wobbly foundation. The hot water heat emitted an incredibly strong rotten egg/sulfur smell in the kitchen. We kept the kitchen door closed with a window open, because if we did not, the smell would fill the apartment.
