Emplacement exceptionnel, en plein coeur de Séville, à 15 minutes à pied de tous les sites. Rues très calmes et ambiance locale, tout en étant proche d'une place très vivante. L'immeuble est charmant avec son patio. L'appartement est plutôt grand, très propre, avec une salle de bain et une chambre agréables.
Appartement très sombre, le salon + cuisine ne sont pas chaleureux. L'escalier au milieu du salon qui ne mène à rien occupe un espace inutile. Il n'est pas très agréable de passer beaucoup de temps dans la pièce de vie. La cuisine est assez mal équipée : si vous souhaitez faire vos repas c'est très limite. Insonorisation pas top (comme partout en Espagne).

Contact facile avec les gestionnaire de l'appartement, ils nous ont donné des conseils sur les points d'intérêts à proximité (sorties, commerces, lieux avec distance à pied). Résidence très calme, appartement climatisé, deux salles de bains

La posizione, comoda al centro della città. Appartamento da prendere solo se si usano i mezzi pubblici. Per noi in auto è stato un incubo.
Impossibile trovare parcheggio, impianto riscaldamento non si poteva accendere, perché in camera da letto lo split non comunicava con il telecomando, usciva solo aria fredda ed era rumoroso. Al piano di sopra tanta umidità in camera..,
