It was really quirky, had lots of lovely art around the place which made it really interesting. The room was cleaned and new towels everyday which was also good for a small guest house, added bonus was the free coffee machine with the most amazing cappuccino
Our room was very close to the communal kitchen area so it could be a bit noisy.
Our room had a great little balcony overlooking the square but the noise from the building site across the road meant we kept the windows closed although I know this was absolutely out with the control of the guest house

In a good location, & had air conditioning, a good white good appliances
The floor looked very grubby, & showed up to be dirty on our white socks

the apartment we were given was not the one I thought I had booked. You could easily hear the people in the upstairs apartment using the showers/ toilets and walking around.
