The location was amazing! You also basically have a concierge who is very responsive and willing to book anything for you.
The property was amazing, but I chose this one because I thought it included the patio overlooking the cathedral. I read multiple reviews and knew the bottom floor didn’t offer the same cathedral view as the deluxe I booked, but even my confirmation email shows a picture of the patio overlooking the cathedral, so you can imagine my surprise when we checked in and they informed us that the patio exits but the door is locked and off limits. It still had a lower view of the giralda but patio was so small it would awkwardly fit maybe 2 dining room chairs. We had an amazing stay despite this but am sharing as I suggest better transparency on booking for which unit gives you which view since this was the reason we were willing to pay several hundred more on booking and then didn’t get the patio with view we were expecting
