照片跟實際長得一樣～ 有小廚房，包含餐盤餐具跟簡單烹飪的廚具，甚至有油鹽糖等基本調味料，真的很適合買食材回來簡單料理👍🏻 不遠處就有小家樂福 有小陽台，如果想要的話可以在陽台用餐，當然室內也有餐桌 很安靜，戶外沒有什麼嚴重噪音，反而是同棟樓其他房客有時關門很大聲都聽得到
房務清潔主要應是著重在床跟地板而已，有些家具或櫃子有一層灰 櫃子裡擺放的清潔劑味道很重，房間密閉一天後回去都會聞到，會需要打開窗通風一下 燈具四散各地，出門前都要手動一個一個關閉電源

Not much not to like. Only suggestion would be to raise the TV for better viewing from the bed. But that was really minor

Lage, Sauberkeit.
Keinerlei WLAN-Empfang, Küche insuffizient ausgestattet; ein einzelnes Weinglas, ein einzelnes Saftglas, kein Kochgeschirr. Klimaanlage verliert nachts Wasser auf den Boden. Duschkopf nicht sinnvoll zu befestigen. Kaffeemaschine verliert bei der Zubereitung Wasser, was nach unten austritt. Nur ein kleines Geschirrhandtuch.

La posizione centrale, letto comodo e spazi adeguati. L'aria condizionata ok.
Nonostante i 40 euro per il servizio di pulizia non è automatico il cambio asciugamani/lenzuola. Il wifi presente in stanza non funzionava. C'era la macchinetta del caffè ma senza capsule (che abbiamo dovuto chiedere più volte). Il phon era assente nonostante fosse previsto da descrizione. Con piccole accortezze si potrebbe migliorare di molto il servizio (ad esempio bottiglie d'acqua nel frigo).
