não tive contacto com nenhum funcionário a não ser por telemóvel e não tem receção caso acontecesse algo seria mais demorado uma solução

We stayed here in June with my wife and daughter and had a wonderful experience. Communication with the host was easy, and everything went smoothly from the beginning. Booking also arranged an airport taxi for us, which made our arrival very convenient. The apartment is located in the heart of Seville, offering the perfect opportunity to experience the city's charming old town, with its beautiful narrow streets. All the main attractions are within easy walking distance, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Seville, and I would be happy to stay here again on a future trip.

J'ai passé un très bon séjour. L'emplacement est excellent, et à proximité de tous les principaux sites à visiter, ce qui permet de tout faire à pied. L'appartement est bien équipé : il y a toute la vaisselle nécessaire, un micro-ondes, un réfrigérateur, une machine à café et plusieurs petites attentions très appréciables. Je recommande cet hébergement pour son confort et sa situation idéale.

La posizione centrale, letto comodo e spazi adeguati. L'aria condizionata ok.

Nonostante i 40 euro per il servizio di pulizia non è automatico il cambio asciugamani/lenzuola. Il wifi presente in stanza non funzionava. C'era la macchinetta del caffè ma senza capsule (che abbiamo dovuto chiedere più volte). Il phon era assente nonostante fosse previsto da descrizione. Con piccole accortezze si potrebbe migliorare di molto il servizio (ad esempio bottiglie d'acqua nel frigo).
