information about the swimming pool on booking is totally misleading. The swimming pool is not shared by 4 apartments, as the owner claims, but by 12 apartments in addition to some clients who are sent by EME hotel which is next to Cathedral apartments. We could hardly use the swimming pool due to ilegal parties, with more than 15 people, where covid regulations were not respected. As reported to the owner, several groups of people were drinking and smoking drugs inside the swimming pool and hence we had to leave. The swimming pool not only exceeded the forum, but it was considerably dirty as shown in the pictures attached. Even though we reported the situation to the owners in several occasions, there was no solution which worked. Last time we reported a party with 15-20 people smoking weed during the afternoon. The owners kindly said to us they would solve the problem, but in practice they didn’t do it even though we warned about calling the police. The ilegal party still remained until late night (4 AM). In short, if you’re thinking of booking here because of the swimming pool, you should think of other places around the centre where there’s more control. There’s no control as this place has no personal physically there to help you. In addition to the swimming pool issues, even though the apartment looked pretty cozy, it was dirty: we cleaned several layers of dirt in one of the living room tables, the oven was also very dirty and the dish washer didn’t work properly as tablets didn’t dissolve. This place doesn’t worth the price on booking. For the price we paid we could have booked something much better maintained and controlled in the center.
