Está en el centro de Sevilla, muy buena ubicación.
Demasiadas escaleras, bajo y tres plantas. Encima con techos altos que supone más escalones. La ropa de cama y de baño no estaba a las vistas. Si está alquilado para 4 personas, lo normal es que haya ropa para 4 a las vistas y no tener que recorrer todas las plantas abriendo armarios para buscar. Abtenerse de alquilarlo las personas con problemas de rodillas. Hay un ascensor pero no funciona. Demasiado caro para lo que ofrecen.
