La ubicación perfecta en pleno centro de Sevilla. A Un paso de todo. Un apartamento muy amplio, decorado con buen gusto, con todo lo necesario de menaje, ropa de cama, toallas, cafetera, secador, hasta una plancha. 3 camas muy cómodas y dos baños completos. Terracita con mesa y dos sillas y vistas a los tejados de Sevilla. La dueña muy amable y servicial. Todo facilidades y cordialidad. Excepcional sin duda.
El ascenso a la plaza de parking, algo justo. Pero normal dada la ubicación del edificio en pleno centro de Sevilla.

The location is good and the apartment is large.
The apartment was dirty. Within a minute of walking around, our socks turned from white to black. There was a significant amount of dust on the furniture, to the point that my wife, who only has a mild dust allergy, started experiencing heavy allergy symptoms. One of the two beds had a terrible mattress, which caused both my wife and me to develop back pain. Several items in the apartment were broken, including a door handle, a light fixture, and the toilet seat, which was loose. I had requested a baby cot, and there was one in the room when we arrived, but it was partially folded. We quickly understood why: it was defective and would not stay open.
