Large and extremely tall studio apt with large opening doors onto a balconette. Almost next door to the main Market but a quiet street. Surrounding streets were interesting (centre of ceramics) and a good assortment of cafes, bars, shops, and supermarkets. In the evening many streets were pedestrianised. Just a short walk to the bridge across to the centre of the city. Really good bathroom and shower. Modern though slow lift up to the apt. Electronic door lock on both building and apt. Owner easy to contact.

Needs more mugs and cutlery, we ended up buying mugs in the nearest supermarket - which we took home.

close to everything we needed. unit was very clean

unit was too small for guests staying more than 2 days . very good use of wide angled camera. made it seem bigger than what it was. should remove king bed and put in queen. desk is too big for unit, maybe put in some soft chairs so you have a place to sit instead of bed or kitchen chairs. elevator slower than molasses in winter. exterior door to outside does not close on own. bathroom door scrapes on floor thereby making it hard to close. needs to take a quarter inch off bottom. kitchen cabinets not flush with each other causing door of fridge to pull at door on right. these are mostly minor things that can be done to make the unit more presentable. was expecting a closet not a rack which is ok to hang stuff if you are 5'10 or over but anyone shorter needs a step stool .Owner needs to take the time to attend to these things. therefore I think the price for the unit should be 10-15% lower.

The suggested parking was always full forcing us to walk long distances to get our car
