Dúplex Sta Rufina

We mochten onze koffers al eerder in het appartement plaatsen, wat erg prettig was. Uitstekende locatie, met veel leuke ontbijttentjes in de buurt. Veel extra informatie ontvangen van de beheerder. Duidelijke instructies.

Het toeristenformulier ontvingen we kort voor vertrek, waardoor er te weinig tijd was om alles goed in te vullen. Als het formulier niet volledig is ingevuld, ontvang je geen code. Gelukkig werd dit bij aankomst snel opgelost dankzij de behulpzame beheerder. En ja… de wenteltrap blijkt dus de trap naar de slaapkamers te zijn. De trap naar het dakterras bevindt zich op de galerij en leidt naar een gedeeld terras. Diverse keren dachten we dat we bezoek hadden in het appartement, geluid op straat komt direct binnen, ook al zijn de ramen gesloten. Neem oordopjes mee.

El alojamiento está una ubicación perfecta , casa cómoda , muy limpia y con todos los servicios. La atención y comunicación con los propietarios fue perfecta en todo momento. Volveremos.

Away from the busy tourist area but good places to eat nearby. Comfortable and spacious apartment on 1st and 2nd floor. Roof terrace is on third floor. No lift. The second bathroom is off the living room. Large roof terrace. Very well furnished and with good storage. Lots of daylight and French windows. Small supermarkets in the vicinity. 30 minutes walk to cathedral.

The spiral staircase could be a problem for a very tall person. Only one table light in the living room and the main ceiling light was very bright.

We had a fantastic stay here. It’s not too far out, but far enough to be very quiet at night. The facilities were great, everything you could need. And the roof terrace was a very welcome feature. Brilliant bars and restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Would absolutely return and recommend to friends/family.
