About this apartment rental
Penthouse-duplex with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a lovely plant-filled terrace. It is well located in the historic centre, about a 15-20 minute walk from the Cathedral, in Macarena - one of the most traditional and liveliest neighbourhoods in Seville.
The main floor features a living room with sofa, dining table, chairs and TV. There is central air-conditioning (hot/cold) and free wi-fi internet access.
The kitchen is well-equipped with utensils and appliances for self-catering: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and oven included. Kitchen table with 2 chairs.
On this level is bedroom 1 with a double bed and a wardrobe. Just off the bedroom, there is a separate bathroom complete with a bathtub and shower attachment.
On the upper floor is bedroom 2 with twin beds, a desk and an en-suite bathroom with shower. High ceilings with exposed wooden beams enhance the sense of space and comfort. Large sliding doors give direct access onto the charming private terrace.
The terrace has been equipped and decorated with trees, plants, flowers and a hot/cold water outdoor shower. Table, chairs and deckchairs.
The apartment is set on the 4th and 5th floor of a traditional building dated from 1923, with elevator. It is located at Calle Cruz Verde (corner with calle Feria), close to Alameda de Hércules. There are markets, shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, squares, churches - all within minutes of walking distance.

It’s on the 4th floor and there is an elevator. Our host was friendly and responsive and spent time with us to help us understand what we needed to know about the apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were many places within the apartment to just sit and relax as well as enjoy the stunning views of Seville. The upstairs bedroom, bathroom and rooftop balcony were exceptionally amazing. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were very good and there were plenty. While we didn’t spend a lot of time there, the main salon with the sofa and dining table were extremely comfortable and had the most wonderful natural light. The best recommendation I can make is to search out your local mercado and bakery purchase your own fruits, vegetables, olives, bread, butter, marmalade, cheese and coffee and create your own breakfast feast to enjoy on the rooftop balcony. You will not regret it. That was the way we started every day and every day was phenomenal.

Great location, loads of shops, restaurants and bars in the area. The balcony was great for relaxing.One caveat. Due to the bars and restaurants and the property being on a very busy corner for the bars and restaurants, do not plan on getting much sleep. Very late nights with lots of noise (3am was not uncommon).

Really lovely apartment in Seville! Fully recommend! The staff were great at communicating everything. The roof terrace is so peaceful, just be careful if the weather is very hot!

Pluses: Great neighborhood. Beds, linens, towels are good.Terrace niceNegatives: Hot water. Showering it was go from cold to scalding hot back and forth.Circular staircase to upstairs made full use of the terrace difficult. Getting food and drink upstairs was tricky.
