About this house rental
House with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for up to 8 guests. It is distributed on 2 main levels, plus a small terrace in the roof-top.
Ground floor: living room with 3 sofas, central table and TV. Dining area with a table and chairs for 8. The kitchen, with a separate entrance, is equipped with the main utensils and appliances. Dishwasher and washing-machine included.
On the lower level is the first twin bedroom. There is a small bathroom with shower, with access from the living area.
First floor: master bedroom with twin beds, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with shower. The third bedroom also has twin beds and the fourth bedroom has a double bed. All rooms have a built-in wardrobe.
There is a third bathroom available with shower.
Second floor: small terrace with table and chairs.
Other features: marble flooring, central air-conditioning and free WIFI internet access.
The house is located at Pedro Miguel street close to Alameda de Hércules. There are markets, shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, squares, churches - all within minutes of walking distance.
Staircase
Mind the staircase in-between the 3 floor levels. This house may not be suitable for the very elderly and/or families with babies.
ACCESS
The access from the street is difficult on the last 200 metres, and some taxi drivers do not want to enter because Pedro Miguel is a narrow street. In case you travel by rental car, it is possible and legal to enter the street, up to a medium sized car. The best location for unloading is Plaza Montesión, which is at 200 metres from the door.

Arrivals from 9pm: 20 EUR (to be paid in cash, upon arrival)

We had a great stay and really glad we chose this apartment. Very spacious, made lots of use of the roof terrace and the location was great - minutes from a large shop, very close to the setas and a nice easy walk to the main center.

We enjoyed our stay. The property is roomy. The roof deck is a nice feature. The showers were the best we have experienced: hot, with great pressure. We recommend this property.

Good location, easy and helpful check in process. Enjoyed the apartment, especially the terrace. Generally clean and comfortable, only slight issue was the en-suite shower room having quite a musty smell.

We loved the location and all the bedrooms and bathrooms, but the place didn't feel clean, several people had bug bites from sleeping in the beds, towels smelled rank from not being dried in a timely fashion, glassware and mugs were too few to even have a glass of wine or cup of coffee with the whole group. And though it may not be standard practice in Europe, in the US we would expect soap, shampoo and enough toilet paper to last our stay. We had none of these provided.
