About this apartment rental
Duplex apartment with private terrace located in the Plaza del Buen Suceso in Seville, in the historic center and commercial area of the city.
With capacity for five people, it has a living room with comfortable sofas and a dining table. It has a beautiful terrace furnished with beautiful views.
Three rooms and two bathrooms. Wiffi, equipped kitchen, sheets, towels, and air conditioning.
In the apartment there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedrooms have two single beds each. The third bedroom has a single bed and is located on the second floor. One of the bathrooms has a bath and the other has a shower. The bathrooms have a hairdryer, toilet paper and towels. The kitchen is complete with everything you need to cook, and you have a washing machine.
In the building there is an elevator.
What makes this apartment different is its location in the historic center. The square in which it is located, has the charm of the silent squares of Seville, planted with orange trees that perfume the atmosphere. The beautiful church of Los Carmelitas is located in front of our building, and the Virgin of Buen Suceso is venerated there.
In the furniture we have looked for the comfort of the beds, all of the 100x200 cm, that the terrace is a place to sunbathe and make meals outdoors, also that there is a place to work well lit, and comfortable sofas to rest watching television
Located between the Plaza de la Alfalfa, the Metropol Parasol and the Plaza de San Pedro, you will find many restaurants, supermarkets, banks and everything you need for your daily life.
The airport is 8 km away and you can take a taxi that takes 15 minutes and costs (fixed price) 23 euros.
The Santa Justa train station is very close, eight minutes by taxi.
In short, it is a very special apartment to spend your holidays in Seville.

Our family of 5 really enjoyed staying here & were very comfortable. There is a lot of space, it’s very clean & in walking distance to everything!! The check-in & check-out process was very smooth & Maria was so nice! Definitely recommend!!

The location is amazing. We had to contact the Maria when we arrived to get the codes which added an element of worry. Why can’t the codes be sent automatically the day before, or the morning of, arrival? The apartment itself was a great size however, both shower’s pressure and temperature were terrible. The shower upstairs wouldn’t fit into the wall mount so you had to hold it, which doesn’t help when washing hair. Some fundamental kitchen utensils such as a chopping board and draining board were missing. And instructions on how to use the cooker, hob etc would be very useful.
