Appartement très bien situé , spacieux , cosy , lumineux et confortable .
Problème de fuite dans la salle de bain . Manque quelques équipements dans la cuisine Quartier très bruyant , travaux en cours et coupure d’eau sans prévenir . Drap sale et manque de serviettes …

La ubicacion era excelente, el piso esta muy bien y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias.
Lo unico q no me gusto es que habia olor a humedad, una pena la verdad xq todo en el piso era confortable, cuenta con calefaccion pero lamentablemente no se ventila como coresponde y eso hace q haya olor a humedad. Solo deben solucionar ese problema para q el piso sea perfecto.

Teníamos una gotera en el baño , con la humedad olía mal. La mampara , no estaba bien y si no tenías cuidado se salía el agua al ducharte
