The apartment is so beautifully decorated. A home away from home feel. Despite a compact kitchen, it's very well equipped with everything you need for your stay including a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, large clothes airer and iron/ironing board. Comfortable beds. Air conditioning that is quiet and works well. Large main bathroom, second bathroom much smaller but nicely appointed. Effective double glazing - the narrow street below can get a bit noisy with the windows left open. Safe and secure building. Close proximity to local restaurants and well stocked supermarket including some local grocers, fish shop - very convenient. A great stay. With very helpful hosts, who were lovely and very responsive to any questions we had. Would highly recommend this apartment.

The street below could get a bit noisy - as it's very narrow, the noise of cars and passers by, travels straight up into the apartment - but with the double glazed windows closed, the noise was blocked out. There is a bathroom directly above the second bedroom - so you do hear the toilet flushing in the middle of the night. Other than that, the building is very quiet.
