Ubicación muy buena, La habitación estaba muy limpia y el anfitrión dio toda la información necesaria antes de llegar para no tener ningún problema con las claves de las puertas.
El Anfitrión contacto en varias ocasiones interesado por nuestra estancia. Muy Bien!
Creo que no recordaba haber visto en fotos, la escalera de caracol, menos mal que mis hijos son grandes (7 y 11 años), pero si hubieran sido de menos años podría haber sido un problema.

Appartamento nuovo, pulito e in buona posizione anche se non vicinissimo alla cattedrale. Ben arredato e con tutto il necessario. Carina anche la piscina .
Niente . Solo per 4 persone era lo spazio non era molto, avendo cucina e soggiorno con secondo letto nella stessa stanza.

Céntrico y muy limpio. Silencioso. Un oasis en el centro de la ciudad.
La piscina es bastante pequeña pero hace su función.
Las persianas no funcionan y entra mucha luz en cuanto amanece.

Well designed, spotless,all facilities available
Customer service was very poor. There is no reception, and communication with management is a nightmare. The only way to contact them is through WhatsApp messages
—no phone calls. They don't seem to understand English well and rely on Google Translate, which can easily cause misunderstandings. Most replies are automated, making it difficult to get help when you need it. When we arrived, it took 90 minutes for them to find our booking, so we had to wait outside the hotel until they finally gave us the access code. This made our stay quite unpleasant.
